Preschool Teacher (English/ Chinese)

As a professional early childhood educator, you will play an essential role in developing and caring for children aged 18 months to 6 years old. You shall enrich children’s learning by carrying out a curriculum that prioritises language and literacy, numeracy, aesthetics and creative expression, discovery of the world, motor skills, social and emotional development, all while providing a safe and clean environment for our young heroes to develop and grow.

Job Responsibilities

  • Implement routine care for children in a patient and kind manner
  • Create and ensure classroom environments are safe and conducive for learning
  • Complete progress reports and developmental portfolios for children every semester
  • Collaborate and build good rapport with parents and other stakeholders to guide and share children’s growth and development

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education (ECH)/ Diploma in Child Psychology & Early Education (CPEE)/ Diploma in Early Childhood Studies (ECS)/ Diploma in Early Childhood Development & Education (ECDE)/ Higher NITEC in Early Childhood Education
  • Certified by Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA) as a L1 or L2 teacher

Infant/ Toddler Educarer

As an Infant/ Toddler Educarer, you will play an essential role in developing and caring for infants from 2 months old and toddlers from 18 months to 3 years old. Your responsibilities include teaching, carrying out play activities and creating safe environments for our young heroes to develop and grow.

Job Responsibilities

  • Attend to the health and hygiene needs of the child promptly
  • Build good rapport with parents and various stakeholders
  • Conduct care routines such as bathing, diaper changing, feeding, hand washing, napping and other activities included in the curriculum in accordance with early childhood development practices
  • Consistently maintain regular observation and evaluation of child’s development and learning progress
  • Create safe and clean environments for the children
  • Ensure the safety of each child through close supervision in all areas of the school compound
  • Plan and deliver a holistic and developmentally appropriate early childhood curriculum
  • Perform other related duties as required

Job Requirements

  • Advanced Certificate in Early Years (ACEY)/ Higher Certificate in Infant Care (HCIC)/ Certificate in Infant/ Toddler Care and Development (CIT)
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive team player with a passion for nurturing and developing infants/ toddlers

  • Provide various experiences and activities for children including songs, games and storytelling, establish routines, provide positive guidance and help build children’s self-esteem
  • Conduct lessons according to the assigned centre’s curriculum
  • Monitor learning progress of children

Cleaner cum Kitchen Assistant

We are looking for a Cleaner cum Kitchen Assistant who can support our centre’s daily operations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Carry out cleaning works in accordance with the company’s procedures and practices
  • Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
  • Execute a variety of cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping floors, cleaning glass panels, emptying bins, washing of toilets etc
  • Ensure health and safety procedures are strictly adhered to and all defects are reported accordingly for follow-up
  • Adhere to the safe usage of cleaning products, equipment and machinery
  • Assist on partial kitchen and ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Experienced and comfortable in similar roles preferred
  • Able to work independently

HR Business Partner

As a HR Business Partner, you will work with the respective business units and provide HR guidance when appropriate.

Job Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring and business managers, internal and external stakeholders
  • Responsible for end-to-end recruitment/ transfer processes/ practices for permanent, contractual and temporary employees
  • Responsible for pre-employment formalities, work passes application and renewals, fulfilling of statutory requirements including updating of all employees’ records, confirmation and etc
  • Support Employee engagement programs/ activities
  • Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees
  • Provide HR policies guidance and interpretation
  • Support principals and/ or managers in their regular and ad-hoc employee matters, including disciplinary management, counselling etc
  • Responsible for ad-hoc tasks/ projects as and when required

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of HRBP or HR Generalist experience
  • Minimum Degree/ Diploma in Business & Human Resource related studies
  • Ability to comprehend, interpret and apply appropriate Singapore Employment Act and related legislations in the day-to-day operations
  • Excellent time management skills with ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail
  • Thrives in a fast-paced work environment
  • Candidates who can start work immediately or within short notice will have an added advantage
