“I’ve embraced the challenges and celebrated the fulfilling moments throughout my 16-year journey in the sector, accumulating remarkable memories along the way. From an educator to a centre leader, I’ve always maintained an open mindset, an eagerness to learn and perseverance through it all. The preschool industry is undoubtedly demanding, but it does not dampen my passion to achieve more for the children.
I believe there is no one-size-fits-all solution to challenges, advocating for trying various strategies and emphasising on the importance of perseverance. This belief has guided my journey thus far. The fulfilment I derive from seeing children grow, from playgroup to graduation, is my perpetual inspiration.
