“Since my entry into the industry in 2009, it has been a rollercoaster ride filled with meaningful experiences. Balancing this journey with raising three children of my own has been both challenging and rewarding.
I once ran into an ex-student who ran up to me happily and shared that he was on an excursion with his student care. His parents also expressed happiness and nostalgia for his preschool days. It was fulfilling knowing that we’ve created lasting, happy memories for children during their time with us.
To me, early childhood education is a continuous learning process where there’s no single approach to facilitating children’s learning and development. Being surrounded by children and like-minded peers propels me to explore new strategies of child development, putting knowledge into practice. Looking ahead, I aspire to continue my pursuit in special needs education as a future goal.”
