At Star Learners, we strongly believe education should be kept affordable and accessible to all. Our fees are kept low to enable Singapore children, no matter their circumstance, to experience quality preschool programmes.
Under the Partner Operator scheme (POP) by the Early Childhood Development Agency, we are committed to investing in the professional development of our early childhood educators. As one of the largest private child care operators under POP, we dedicate our strengths to bringing up the quality of infant and child care services in Singapore.

Financial Aid Programme
Castle on a Cloud
We recognise single-mother households often face financial and emotional challenges. In 2010, we started ‘Castle on a Cloud’, a financial aid programme that aims to alleviate the burden on single mothers and realise their children’s full potential.
Besides $1,200 savings on annual school fees, we commit to providing suitable job opportunities for mothers to gain financial independence while maintaining close by their children. To date, over a hundred children have benefited from this programme.
