Partner Operator Scheme (POP)
Under this POP scheme by the Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA), school fees are capped to ensure child care and infant care services are kept affordable for Singaporean children. The fees listed are across all levels.

Subsidies
Basic Subsidy
All parents with Singapore Citizen children are eligible for Basic Subsidy. It is given to working mothers who work a minimum of 56 hours per month. For non-working mothers, a subsidy of $150 is given.

Additional Subsidy
Parents with children who are Singapore citizens may also apply for Additional Subsidy to help defray preschool expenses. It is given to families with working mothers and with gross monthly household incomes of $12,000 and below, or Per Capita Income of $3,000 and below for larger families.
