Lucky Draw Terms & Conditions

• The lucky draw is open to all infant care and child care registrations completed between 1 August 2026 and 31 December 2026 (“Qualifying Period”), with child commencing school no later than 31 March 2027.
• Registrations are only considered complete if all necessary forms are filled and all required payments are received during the Qualifying Period.
• Registrations that are entitled to other promotions, discounts or incentives offered by Star Learners shall not be eligible for this lucky draw.
• All registrations deemed eligible will automatically be entered into this lucky draw.
• One (1) winner will be randomly drawn from all eligible registrations on 4 January 2027. The winner will be contacted by their dedicated Enrolment Advisor using the contact details provided during registration.
• The prize is valid for the enrolment of one (1) child in a full-day infant or child care programme at Star Learners, for the duration of one (1) year.
• One (1) year is defined as twelve (12) consecutive calendar months from the child’s first day of school.
• Prize covers only monthly school fees. All other fees such as registration fees, deposit, uniforms, mattress, field trips, insurance, enrichment classes etc., are payable.
• Monthly school fees have to be paid according to the school’s billing cycle. School fees will then be reimbursed in the form of rebates to the parent’s designated bank account, in two instalments over twelve (12) months.
• Rebates will be paid out after the completion of every six (6) calendar months with Star Learners Child Care. Recipient should receive the rebates once in the seventh calendar month, and once in the thirteenth calendar month.
• The calculation of calendar months for disbursement of fee savings will begin from the first full calendar month.
• All outstanding payments must have been received before the administration of any rebate.
• There will be no pro-ration of rebate should the child withdraw before the completion of any six-calendar month cycle.
• Prize is non-transferable between siblings or parents, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Employees of Star Learners Group are not eligible to participate in this lucky draw.
• Star Learners reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants and to disqualify any participant who does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.
• Star Learners reserves the right at any time at its sole discretion to determine, vary or change from time to time the terms and conditions of this campaign without prior notice.
