“My 15 years in early childhood education have taught me that this work is built on relationships — with children, educators and families. What motivates me most is seeing educators feel supported and confident in their roles, and children arriving each day knowing they are safe, understood and cared for.
My approach is rooted in relationships. I take time to understand each child’s developmental journey and work closely with educators and families to create learning experiences that feel meaningful and reassuring. When relationships are strong, children grow in confidence and educators feel empowered to do their best work.
One particularly meaningful experience for me has been seeing the team grow more open and trusting, sharing ideas, challenges and reflections with confidence. Knowing the centre is a safe space for both children and educators to learn and grow together continues to affirm why I chose this path.”
